Vegetable Mucas-saka

Cooking this week was cancelled due fog (in my head) and heavy mucous on the runway (and everywhere else, due to continued sneezing.)
The vegetable moussaka that I had planned was graciously cooked by my partner with the right balance of sympathy and cynicism for my man-cold. (She had it last week and it wiped her out for a day so she knew I was not faking!!)
Off too London for a conference this afternoon so probably no posts for a few days.
