As my old grandad always says, “quality is only as good as the consumer demands”.
What that means to me is: if you are not happy with the service you get, do something about it.
This is more than just finding a fly in your soup, it encompasses all aspects of life.
The blog was named AngryPeople because angry people do things. When I say ‘angry’ I am refering to the positive aspect of the emotion that causes people to act; to have courage, to create something new.
This is the opposite of the destructive ‘red mist’ type of angry that predominates in the world today.
At the time of writing, there is no specific direction to it and I expect, like a good whisky or maybe just an old cheese, it’s flavour will change as it matures. I feel that I should mention that I do work in the SEO industry, for OMD in the UK, but I would like to make clear that this is my private blog and as such, all opinions expressed are my own.
As for me - wrong end of thirties, parent, divorced and now engaged again, working in marketing. Enjoy tech, martial arts, sailing, reading, real ales and spending time with my son.

Regarding the blog’s tag line, I think it’s necessary to add that this is not just ‘Rule One’ from ‘Thief of Time’ but advice gained through personal experience.
